Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) opened a new advanced manufacturing facility in Thailand on March 19 2026, adding a state‑of‑the‑art plant to its hybrid manufacturing network. The new site, located in the Chonburi province, expands ADI’s Asia‑Pacific footprint and is designed to support the company’s high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal product lines.

The Thailand plant is a key element of ADI’s resilient hybrid manufacturing strategy, which balances internal production with trusted external partners to reduce supply‑chain risk and accelerate delivery. By adding capacity in Thailand, ADI can lower its dependence on external foundries, shorten lead times for AI‑enabled systems and data‑center components, and reinforce its ability to meet growing demand in industrial, automotive, communications and data‑center markets.

The facility’s opening comes as ADI reported record Q1 fiscal 2026 results. Revenue rose 30 % year‑over‑year to $3.16 billion, up from $2.42 billion in Q1 fiscal 2025, while non‑GAAP earnings per share reached $2.46, beating the consensus estimate of $2.34 by $0.12. The strong performance was driven by broad‑based growth across all end markets, with Industrial and Communications segments posting the largest gains.

Segment analysis shows that the Data Center business recorded record orders, reflecting the continued expansion of AI and cloud workloads. Automotive, Communications and Consumer segments also grew, while the company maintained pricing power in its high‑margin product lines. The mix shift toward higher‑margin AI‑centric products helped offset modest cost inflation, allowing ADI to preserve operating margin at 9.9 %, only slightly below the 10.2 % margin reported in the prior year.

“Thailand is one of the strategic hubs of ADI’s global manufacturing footprint,” said CEO Vincent Roche. “This expansion underscores our long‑term commitment to Thailand and the region as key links in our ability to reliably and sustainably deliver our world‑class technology.” Vivek Jain, Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Technology, added, “The new facility greatly enhances our ability to test operations efficiently and responsibly. With strong engineering talent, supply‑chain advantages and an environment that supports long‑term growth, Thailand is an essential part of how we build a more agile, resilient and future‑ready manufacturing network.”

Investors have responded positively to ADI’s recent earnings, reflecting confidence in the company’s execution and its strategic focus on AI and data‑center markets.
