AudioEye, Inc. announced the launch of a next‑generation digital accessibility platform that unifies AI‑driven detection, expert audits, and custom code fixes into a single system, enabling customers to view scans, audit results, and remediation actions in one consolidated dashboard.

The new platform expands AI coverage to 37 of 55 WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA criteria and can automatically fix up to 50 % of detected issues, while offering “unmatched transparency, ease of use, and 3‑4× the legal protection” compared with other providers.

The platform is positioned to help clients meet the European Accessibility Act, effective June 28 2025, and the U.S. DOJ Title II rule, effective May 2026, both of which create significant compliance tailwinds for businesses worldwide.

AudioEye’s record revenue growth—$9.7 million in Q1 2025 and Q4 2024—combined with a customer base of 131,000, including Samsung, Calvin Klein, and Samsonite, underpins the company’s expectation of continued ARR growth and operating leverage as the new platform drives adoption and market share gains.

CEO David Moradi said, “AI is accelerating how businesses build digital experiences and also accelerating how fast accessibility failures compound. We have years of proprietary data from detecting and fixing accessibility issues across hundreds of thousands of sites and billions of unique visits. We are using this data to power the new platform, enabling us to provide a level of transparency and legal protection not available anywhere else.” He added, “We are pleased to expect to report our fortieth consecutive period of record revenue with ARR growth driven by strong results in the European Union. We look forward to reporting full results later in the quarter and providing full year 2026 guidance, which is expected to include strong growth and continued operating leverage throughout the year.”

The launch aligns with broader market expectations that AI‑enabled accessibility solutions will become essential for compliance and risk mitigation, reinforcing AudioEye’s strategic focus on innovation and customer success.
