AirJoule Technologies announced a new partnership that will make TenX Investment the sole distributor of its atmospheric‑water‑generation and industrial‑dehumidification systems across the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait. The deal positions AirJoule to tap a region that is experiencing rapid growth in data‑center, advanced‑manufacturing, and infrastructure projects, all of which are increasingly water‑constrained.

Under the agreement, TenX will handle sales, marketing, and customer support for AirJoule’s A250 and A500 platforms, with commercial deployments slated for late 2026. The partnership leverages TenX’s deep local expertise and established relationships with government and private‑sector customers, allowing AirJoule to accelerate market entry without building a regional sales organization from scratch.

AirJoule’s technology uses waste heat and metal‑organic‑framework sorbents to extract pure water from ambient air, achieving energy efficiencies that are 2–3 times higher than conventional atmospheric‑water‑harvesting systems. The company has already demonstrated the platform in Dubai’s harsh climate, and the new deal will enable scaling to the broader Gulf market, where water scarcity is a critical bottleneck for data‑center cooling and industrial processes.

“Expanding our commercial relationship with TenX Investment represents a pivotal milestone in AirJoule’s international expansion strategy,” said CEO Matt Jore. “The partnership gives us a trusted local partner to capture significant opportunities in one of the world’s most compelling markets for distributed water generation.”

President of International Ramdas Rao added, “The Middle East faces extraordinary water security challenges while simultaneously experiencing rapid growth in data centers, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure development. TenX brings the capabilities we need to accelerate market penetration, from deep regional relationships to proven commercialization expertise.”

TenX partner Abdulnasser Al‑Sharafi noted, “We are excited to formalize our partnership with AirJoule Technologies and advance toward becoming their exclusive Middle East distributor. AirJoule’s innovative platform technology addresses one of the most critical challenges facing our region—water security—while supporting national economic diversification and sustainability commitments.”

The agreement builds on a memorandum of understanding signed in August 2024, which explored deploying AirJoule units in the UAE. The new contract will allow AirJoule to move from pilot projects to full‑scale commercial deployments, with the first units expected in late 2026.

While the deal does not disclose financial terms, it signals AirJoule’s confidence in the Gulf market’s long‑term demand for water‑generation solutions and its strategy to generate revenue through strategic partnerships rather than direct sales.
