AirJoule Technologies Corporation reported its fourth‑quarter and full‑year 2025 financial results, posting $0.1 million in revenue and a net loss of $9.04 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. The company ended 2025 with $21.8 million in cash, and a pro‑forma cash position of approximately $44 million after a January 2026 equity offering, providing an operational runway through 2027.

Field‑deployment activity accelerated in 2025, with the AirJoule Core system deployed at Dubai Future Labs from February to December, at Hubbard, Texas from September to December, and delivered to Arizona State University in December. A second deployment at Red Dot Ranch in California ran from January to February 2026. These deployments informed the design of the larger AirJoule Prime system and demonstrated the platform’s ability to generate potable water from ambient air using waste heat.

Strategic partnerships expanded across multiple sectors. AirJoule’s 50/50 joint venture with GE Vernova, formed in March 2024, continues to provide access to GE’s expertise and market reach. The company was selected by the Net Zero Innovation Hub for Data Centers in September 2025, with participation commencing in January 2026. A cooperative research and development agreement with the U.S. Army’s Engineer Research and Development Center was executed in October 2025, and an exclusive distribution agreement with TenX Investment was announced in January 2026, building on a prior memorandum of understanding from August 2024.

The company is positioning itself for commercial sales in 2026, with the first commercial products expected to launch that year. AirJoule’s focus on data‑center, industrial, and international markets reflects a strategy to leverage its technology’s scalability and sustainability advantages.

"2025 was a year of systematic execution for AirJoule Technologies. Last year, we laid out five clear objectives for 2025: validate our technology in the field, advance our products toward commercial readiness, leverage our strategic partnerships, build a commercial pipeline, and ensure sufficient capitalization. We delivered on every one of those objectives," said CEO Matt Jore. "Looking ahead, 2026 is the year AirJoule transitions from development to deployment. We expect to launch our first commercial products and execute customer deployments across data center, industrial, and international markets." Regarding the Army partnership, Jore added, "This agreement between ERDC and AirJoule Technologies marks a significant step forward for integrating our AirJoule technology platform into real‑life use cases to benefit the U.S. military. AirJoule can operate in a wide range of environments, particularly when surface water and ground water sources are unavailable or contaminated. We believe this collaboration will help secure a reliable source of pure water for our troops, and we're excited to work with ERDC on this research initiative." On the Net Zero Innovation Hub, Jore noted, "The Net Zero Innovation Hub provides an unprecedented platform for validating and scaling our technology with the organizations that are defining the future of data center infrastructure. This collaboration moves us significantly closer to establishing AirJoule as an essential component of sustainable data center operations worldwide."

Analysts remain cautious, citing valuation concerns despite the company’s progress. The strong deployment record, expanding partnership portfolio, and robust cash position provide a solid foundation for the transition to commercial sales, but the company’s current loss and modest revenue underscore the need for continued investment and execution to achieve profitability in 2026.
