Alight, Inc. announced that Susan Davies will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective May 8 2026. Davies has been the company’s Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller since May 2021, and her appointment is intended to provide continuity for the finance organization while the board searches for a permanent CFO.
Greg Giometti, the former CFO, will remain with Alight through May 8 to ensure a smooth transition and to support the hand‑off of responsibilities to Davies.
Alight’s most recent quarterly results, released in February 2026, showed a revenue of $653 million for Q4 2025, a 4.0% decline from the prior year period, and a net loss of $933 million largely driven by an $803 million non‑cash goodwill impairment charge. These figures illustrate the financial challenges the company is navigating as it seeks to stabilize its operations.

In addition to the CFO appointment, Alight announced that Dinesh Tulsiani will become President of Employer Solutions effective May 1 2026. The company also plans to release its Q1 2026 earnings on May 5 2026 and is currently facing a class action lawsuit alleging misleading financial disclosures between November 12 2024 and February 18 2026.
The interim CFO appointment underscores Alight’s commitment to maintaining financial stewardship during a period of transition and ongoing operational challenges. The board’s search for a permanent CFO will continue as the company works to address its recent financial performance and strategic priorities.
