Alkami Technology, Inc. announced a new partnership with Austin Telco Federal Credit Union, a $2.5 billion‑balance institution, to deploy its MANTL onboarding solution across all banking channels. The solution will enable the credit union to offer a seamless, digital‑first account opening experience, allowing members to open a deposit account in five minutes or less online and in under ten minutes in‑branch.

The deal expands Alkami’s presence in the credit‑union market and reinforces its strategy to capture the entire customer lifecycle through its integrated Digital Sales & Service Platform. By automating over 85% of application decisions—including KYC, AML, BSA checks, product ordering, funding, and core booking—MANTL helps the credit union reduce manual effort for staff while accelerating member acquisition and deposit growth.

Alkami’s Q4 2025 earnings, released in February 2026, showed a revenue beat of $120.8 million versus the $120.1 million consensus, but an EPS miss of –$0.11 against a $0.14 estimate. The company’s revenue growth of 35% was driven by the MANTL acquisition and new client wins, while the EPS miss reflected higher operating costs and one‑time charges. Guidance for Q1 2026 and FY 2026 was below analyst consensus, indicating cautious outlook amid competitive pressures and investment in platform expansion.

"In the fourth quarter, we continued to deliver strong growth and enhanced profitability, with revenue growth of 35% and Adjusted EBITDA of $19.1 million," said CEO Alex Shootman. CFO Cassandra Hudson added, "2025 was a standout year for Alkami. We delivered robust revenue growth while meaningfully expanding profitability and cash flow, demonstrating the durability and leverage of our model."

Investors have historically responded positively to similar partnership announcements, viewing the addition of a large credit‑union client as a validation of Alkami’s platform and a catalyst for future growth.
