The new project will replace Shamrock’s highly customized, aging legacy system with a scalable, end‑to‑end ERP platform. Alithya will deploy its proprietary ChemXpress accelerator to accelerate the rollout and embed AI capabilities such as Copilot and advanced analytics.
The expansion follows a successful Dynamics 365 deployment in Shamrock’s U.S. operations, which helped the company streamline manufacturing, quality, and supply‑chain processes. The Belgium implementation is expected to bring similar efficiencies and unlock new data‑driven decision‑making across the European site.
Alithya’s Q3 FY2026 results showed flat revenue of $115.2 million and a slight decline in gross margin to 31.7 %. The new contract adds to Alithya’s growing European presence and supports its smart‑shoring delivery model, positioning the firm to capture additional high‑value digital‑transformation work.
Shamrock’s CFO Robert L.
