Amplitude, Inc. announced on February 17, 2026 the launch of a suite of autonomous AI agents that continuously monitor product usage, surface key insights, and recommend actions in real time. The new platform includes a Global Agent that can answer complex questions in plain language, as well as four specialized agents focused on dashboard monitoring, session replay, experimentation, and customer feedback. By operating directly on Amplitude’s proprietary Behavioral Graph, the agents can map user actions to business outcomes without the need for manual query construction.

The launch is a cornerstone of Amplitude’s AI‑native platform strategy, which aims to reduce the time from insight to impact from days to hours. CEO Spenser Skates said, “Today, we’re launching the first fully autonomous analytics agent. It’s going to reinvent how product decisions get made.” He added, “We’re entering a new era of analytics—one where AI can monitor your product around the clock, and free up your team to focus on improving the experience.” Early adopters such as NTT DOCOMO and Mercado Libre have reported faster decision cycles and higher conversion rates, underscoring the agents’ potential to deepen customer engagement and drive usage growth.

The company’s Q4 2025 earnings are scheduled for release after market close on February 18, 2026. Analysts are projecting earnings per share of $0.04 and revenue of $90.09 million for the quarter. While the actual results are not yet available, the guidance reflects the company’s confidence in its AI‑enabled product suite and its ability to scale usage. Investors have expressed concern amid broader sector volatility, but the AI agents are positioned to strengthen Amplitude’s competitive moat and create new upsell opportunities as the platform matures.

The introduction of autonomous agents marks a significant shift from a point‑analytics vendor to a full AI‑enabled platform. By embedding AI directly into the analytics workflow, Amplitude lowers the technical barrier for product, marketing, and engineering teams, potentially accelerating adoption across its customer base. Although the financial impact of the new agents is not yet quantified, the strategic focus on AI is expected to drive future revenue growth through increased usage and upsell opportunities.
