AppFolio has made AvidXchange’s Accounts Payable as a Service solution available in its Stack marketplace, enabling property‑management customers to process supplier payments directly within the platform without leaving AppFolio’s interface.
The availability follows a partnership announced in November 2023, with the integration planned for 2024. The March 03 2026 announcement marks the first time the solution is live for users, expanding on the earlier partnership.
The integration gives AppFolio users access to AvidXchange’s AI‑enhanced payment automation and a network of 1.3 million suppliers. AppFolio currently serves 22,000 users who manage 9.4 million rental units, making the new capability a significant addition to its core offering.
The move deepens AppFolio’s platform ecosystem, increases switching costs, and supports its AI‑native Performance Platform.
