On January 30, 2026, Anterix Inc. announced a partnership with Getac Technology Corporation to combine Anterix’s 900‑MHz spectrum with Getac’s rugged computing devices, enabling utilities and other critical‑infrastructure operators to deploy private LTE networks that deliver secure, resilient connectivity in remote environments.

The collaboration leverages Anterix’s largest contiguous 900‑MHz band, prized for its deep coverage and penetration, with Getac’s B360 notebook and F120 tablet, both of which have earned AnterixActive® badges for performance on the 900‑MHz band. By integrating certified rugged hardware into its private LTE ecosystem, Anterix expands its Anterix Active Ecosystem—now comprising more than 150 technology partners—making it easier for utilities to procure end‑to‑end solutions and accelerate network rollouts.

Anterix’s recent financial results underscore the strategic timing of the partnership. In the quarter ended November 12, 2025, the company reported an earnings per share of –$0.14, beating analyst expectations of –$0.65, while revenue of $1.55 million surpassed the $1.43 million estimate. The company also posted a 262.2% year‑over‑year increase in net income in the first quarter of fiscal 2026, turning a loss into a profit, although revenue dipped 7% YoY. These figures illustrate a trajectory of improving profitability amid volatile revenue, a trend that the partnership is positioned to support.

By providing utilities with a proven combination of spectrum and rugged devices, the partnership is expected to lower integration risk and reduce total cost of ownership, thereby making Anterix’s private LTE offering more attractive. The move also signals Anterix’s intent to deepen its footprint in the critical‑infrastructure market, a sector that has shown sustained demand for secure, high‑coverage connectivity. While revenue volatility remains a headwind, the partnership’s ability to accelerate deployments could translate into higher contracted proceeds and a stronger pipeline for future growth.

Scott Lang, Anterix’s President and CEO, said the collaboration “reinforces our growth runway and strengthens our value proposition to utilities.” He added that the company is actively pursuing additional contracts and that the partnership will help convert the growing interest in private broadband into tangible deployments.

The partnership will be highlighted at DTECH 2026, where Anterix and Getac will exhibit their joint solution. The collaboration also aligns with Anterix’s broader strategy of building a comprehensive ecosystem that simplifies procurement and speeds time‑to‑market for private LTE networks across the utilities and critical‑infrastructure landscape.
