AXIL Brands announced that its partnership with Walmart will expand to include the MX PRO and MX Passive hearing‑protection models in approximately 1,250 Walmart stores nationwide, building on a successful initial rollout earlier in the year. The expansion is slated to launch in the company’s fiscal first quarter, after the fiscal fourth quarter ends on May 31 2026.

The move is part of AXIL’s broader strategy to shift from a direct‑to‑consumer model to national retail distribution. In December 2025, AXIL had already secured a national retail deal with Walmart to launch its X30 LT in‑ear plugs in more than 3,700 stores, with a rollout scheduled for February 2026. The new MX PRO and MX Passive expansion adds high‑margin product lines and is expected to triple AXIL’s retail presence in the U.S. channel.

Financially, AXIL’s guidance for fiscal 2026 projects revenue of $30.2 million to $32.2 million, representing 15% to 23% growth versus fiscal 2025. Guidance for the fiscal fourth quarter projects revenue of $8 million to $10 million, a 39% to 74% year‑over‑year increase. In the third quarter of fiscal 2026, the company reported revenue of $7.3 million, up 5.4% year‑over‑year, while net income fell to $0.2 million from $0.6 million in the prior year. Gross margin contracted to 69.1% from 71.7% year‑over‑year, largely due to tariff impacts and higher sales and marketing expenses.

The MX PRO model features electronic noise suppression, audio enhancement, and Bluetooth connectivity, while the MX Passive model offers lightweight passive protection. Both products are positioned for Walmart’s sporting goods and outdoor sections, aligning with consumer demand for high‑quality, accessible hearing protection.

CEO Jeff Toghraie said, "This expansion demonstrates Walmart's confidence in the Axil brand and our ability to deliver innovative, high-quality hearing solutions at accessible price points." He added that continued retail expansion and execution of the company’s growth strategy are expected to support its outlook.

The expansion is a significant revenue driver, expected to increase sales volume, improve inventory efficiency, and enhance brand visibility. While margin pressure remains due to tariffs and marketing spend, the broader retail footprint positions AXIL for sustained revenue expansion and potential margin recovery as retail sales grow.
