Baker Hughes secured a 60‑month service award from Petrobras that covers maintenance, repairs and engineering advisory services for up to 64 aeroderivative gas turbines, including LM2500 and LM6000 models, installed on 19 floating production, storage and offloading vessels and the Replan refinery in Paulínia, São Paulo.

The award will be executed through Baker Hughes’ Service Center in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, a facility that has been operating since 2010 and already provides disassembly, assembly and advanced grinding capabilities. The company plans to expand the center’s capacity, adding new grinding equipment to support the increased service volume and to meet Petrobras’ production continuity needs.

Strategically, the contract represents a long‑term revenue stream for Baker Hughes’ Industrial & Energy Technology segment, which has been a key growth engine for the company. The award reinforces Baker Hughes’ presence in Brazil, aligns with local content requirements, and complements its broader oilfield services portfolio.

"This strategic agreement reinforces our long‑standing relationship with Petrobras and our enduring commitment to Brazil’s energy sector," said Maria Claudia Borras, Baker Hughes Chief Growth and Experience Officer and interim Executive Vice President of Industrial & Energy Technology.

Baker Hughes reported strong Q4 2025 results, with revenue of $7.39 billion and an adjusted diluted EPS of $0.78, both beating analyst estimates. The company’s record orders and backlog, combined with the new Petrobras service award, support its guidance for 2026 revenue of $27.25 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $4.85 billion, indicating continued confidence in its growth trajectory.

The award underscores Baker Hughes’ ability to secure high‑value, multi‑year service agreements with major energy operators, positioning it to capture additional opportunities in Brazil’s offshore and refinery markets.
