BOSC Better Online Solutions Ltd. announced a one‑year exclusive sales, marketing, and distribution agreement with Doppler Electronics Private Limited, a Hyderabad‑based Indian company, to strengthen its supply‑chain solutions in the Indian market.
Under the terms, Doppler will promote and market BOSC’s electromechanical connector and component products to Indian customers, develop new sales opportunities, and coordinate technical and commercial discussions. The agreement also requires Doppler to provide warehouse storage for BOSC‑related components, enabling faster fulfillment for Indian clients. The contract includes a 90‑day written‑notice termination clause and an automatic renewal provision that triggers if a sales threshold is met, though the threshold amount is not disclosed. Additionally, BOSC will have the option to market Doppler’s Israeli partners, creating a reciprocal channel that could broaden reach in both markets.
BOSC’s India strategy is underscored by a 24% year‑over‑year revenue growth in India during the first nine months of 2025, and the company expects record full‑year 2025 revenue exceeding $50 million. The partnership aligns with BOSC’s broader expansion plan, which also includes recent orders such as a $2.2 million contract for electromechanical connectors and $2 million in defense‑related assembly services from U.S. customers.
Doppler Electronics Private Limited is a private firm that reported revenue of ₹5.15 crore for the fiscal year ending March 31 2024, with a compounded annual growth rate of 90% in the last year. The company specializes in wholesale trade of electronic components and has a growing presence in the Indian market, positioning it as a strategic partner for BOSC’s supply‑chain initiatives.
"India has proven to be an exciting growth market for BOS' Supply Chain division. This new agreement with Doppler reflects our continued commitment to growing our presence and expanding our customer base in India," said BOSC CEO Eyal Cohen. "Doppler will promote and market BOS's products to Indian customers, develop new sales opportunities for BOS and coordinate both technical and commercial discussions with customers. Additionally, Doppler will provide warehouse storage of components related to BOS's customer activities in India as needed, enabling us to better serve our customers and increase commercial activity in India. The agreement also provides for BOS to explore opportunities for Doppler's partners to be marketed in Israel by BOS," added BOSC President Avidan Zelicovski.
The partnership is expected to accelerate BOSC’s commercial activity in India, broaden its distribution network, and reinforce its defense‑centric supply‑chain moat. By leveraging Doppler’s local market knowledge and logistics capabilities, BOSC can deepen customer relationships and capture additional revenue streams, while the two‑way channel to Israel opens potential cross‑border opportunities for both companies.
