BOSC announced two new U.S. defense contracts that together total $2 million, with individual values of $550,000 and $1.45 million. The contracts are expected to be recognized in the next fiscal quarter and will add to the company’s backlog and revenue visibility.
The new orders reinforce BOSC’s defense‑centric revenue mix, which already accounts for more than 60% of its sales, and they support the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the U.S. market.
BOSC’s fiscal‑2024 revenue was $39.95 million, and its trailing‑12‑month revenue ending September 30 2025 was $48.33 million. The $2 million in new contracts therefore represent roughly 5% of the 2024 top line and 4.2% of the trailing‑12‑month figure, underscoring the significance of the win.
President Avidan Zelicovski said the orders build the company’s 2026 backlog and support its U.S. expansion strategy, while CEO Eyal Cohen highlighted that the deals validate BOSC’s partnership model with prime contractors and open opportunities for geographic and business‑mix diversification.
BOSC operates three divisions—Intelligent Robotics, RFID, and Supply Chain Solutions—and the defense contracts are expected to feed into its Intelligent Robotics segment, a key growth area. The company has raised its 2025 revenue outlook to exceed $50 million and will report Q4 and full‑year 2025 results on March 31 2026.
