Holland America Line, a Carnival Corporation & plc brand, announced that its 2026 Alaska season will begin on April 25 with the arrival of the ship Eurodam at the Port of Seattle. The announcement was made on April 23 2026.

The season will feature more than 100 voyages across six ships—Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Noordam, Westerdam, and Zaandam—departing from three homeports: Seattle, Vancouver, and Whittier. It will offer week‑long to 28‑day itineraries.

The line will introduce 25 new shore excursions and enhanced onboard programming, including industry‑leading fresh fish offerings, to deepen guests’ connection with Alaska’s landscapes and culture. This strategy aligns with the industry’s shift toward experiential travel and positions Holland America Line to capture a larger share of the high‑margin Alaska cruise market.

"As the leader in Alaska, we are committed to delivering experiences that are as enriching as they are unforgettable, bringing guests closer to the region in meaningful ways. From new shore excursions and enhanced programming to our industry‑leading fresh fish offerings, every detail of our 2026 season is designed to help guests connect more deeply with Alaska's natural beauty and cultural heritage," said Robert Morgenstern, Senior Vice President, Alaska Operations at Holland America Line.

The expanded fleet deployment and new shore excursions signal Holland America Line’s continued investment in Alaska, a key growth area for Carnival Corporation & plc. By offering a broader range of itineraries and immersive experiences, the line aims to strengthen customer loyalty and drive higher revenue per guest, reinforcing its position in a high‑margin segment.
