Concentra Group Holdings Parent, Inc. announced the acquisition of the assets of Reliant Immediate Care, a California‑based occupational health provider owned by MBI Industrial Medicine, adding four new locations to its network in the Greater Los Angeles area.
The new centers are the LAX Airport location at 5901 West Century Boulevard, the Downtown Los Angeles center at 814 Francisco Street, the Montebello center at 2300 West Beverly Boulevard, and the Huntington Park center at 5900 Pacific Boulevard, which will merge with Concentra’s Vernon Soto location at 3851 Soto Street, Vernon, CA 90058.
The deal strengthens Concentra’s presence in a high‑growth market, adds an established client base, and expands access to occupational health services for employers across Southern California. By consolidating these sites, Concentra can leverage its existing infrastructure to deliver a broader range of services and improve operational efficiency.
