On April 15, Salesforce announced an expanded partnership with Engine at the TrailblazerDX conference, integrating its Agentforce 360 platform with Slack to create a digital command center for business travel.
The integration will allow Engine customers to manage travel requests, approvals, and support through AI‑powered agents that surface information and actions directly in Slack channels, reducing manual effort and speeding response times.
Salesforce’s Q4 FY2026 results showed revenue of $11.20 billion, up 12.1 % YoY, and EPS of $3.81, underscoring the company’s strong financial footing. Agentforce ARR reached $800 million, a 169 % increase, and the combined Agentforce/Data 360 ARR exceeded $2.9 billion, up more than 200 % YoY, highlighting the rapid adoption of its AI platform.
Engine, which has seen group travel double in the past year and books 80 % of trips within seven days, handles over 800,000 annual support cases. By deploying Agentforce to handle 50 % of chat volume, Engine aims to cut response times and free agents to focus on higher‑value tasks.
“Salesforce is transforming into the operating system for the Agentic Enterprise,” said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO. “Agentic AI is a tailwind for our business,” added CFO Robin Washington, underscoring the strategic importance of the partnership in expanding Salesforce’s AI ecosystem into the travel sector.
