Critical Metals Corp. released the final assay results from its 2025 drilling program at the Tanbreez Rare Earths Project in Greenland, confirming extensive high‑grade mineralization across Area B and the Fjord Deposit.
The 2025 program included 12 diamond drill holes that returned total rare‑earth oxide (TREO+Y) grades ranging from 0.40% to 0.47% and heavy rare‑earth oxide (HREO) content of 26–27% of TREO+Y. These grades are consistent with earlier 2025 results that showed 0.35–0.77% in Area B and 0.40–0.47% in Fjord, demonstrating strong lateral and vertical continuity.
The high‑grade heavy‑rare‑earths are particularly valuable for advanced technologies, and the results support a revised Mineral Resource Estimate that could increase the project's proven and probable tonnage. The company plans to use the data to finalize a Bankable Feasibility Study, which is 70% complete and slated for Q4 2025, and to advance a production schedule that could see commercial output as early as 2026 or shipping by 2028.
CEO Tony Sage said, “I am very encouraged by the 2025 deep diamond drilling results, which continue to demonstrate meaningful extensions to our known Mineral Resource.” He added that the new assay data will add further mineralised tonnage to the existing Hill and Fjord Deposits and reinforce the strategic value of Tanbreez in diversifying Western supply chains away from China.
The announcement comes amid growing geopolitical pressure to secure critical minerals for clean‑energy and defense applications. Investors have responded positively to the high‑grade heavy‑rare‑earth results, while remaining mindful of the company’s development‑stage cash position and the need for future capital to build processing and infrastructure in Greenland.
Critical Metals remains focused on completing the feasibility study and securing financing for a pilot plant and processing facility. The company’s long‑term goal is to bring the Tanbreez project into production, contributing to a more resilient global supply of rare earths.
