Corsair Gaming’s Fanatec brand has secured a multi‑year global licensing partnership with Formula 1, allowing the design and production of officially licensed F1‑branded steering wheels, pedals, and limited‑edition products for the sim‑racing community.

Fanatec will supply hardware for the Formula 1 Sim Racing World Championship and fan‑zone experiences at all Grand Prix events. The championship will run a 12‑round calendar with a $750,000 prize pool, launching at DreamHack Birmingham March 27‑29, 2026.

The deal expands Fanatec’s reach into the broader motorsport enthusiast market, a segment that has grown alongside F1’s popularity and the “Drive to Survive” series. It also strengthens Corsair’s ecosystem strategy, tying high‑performance peripherals to a globally recognized brand and adding a new revenue stream.

Q4 2025 revenue was $436.9 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $53.6 million. Guidance for FY2026 projects revenue of $1.33‑$1.47 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $100‑$115 million, underscoring confidence in continued growth.

CEO Thi La said, “Sim racing has become a vital part of the wider motorsport culture, and Formula 1 has been instrumental in that progression.” F1 Chief Commercial Officer Emily Prazer added, “Fanatec has played a pivotal role in elevating the competitive standard of our F1 Sim Racing ecosystem, and this extension marks an exciting step forward in our successful relationship.” The partnership is expected to boost Fanatec sales and enhance brand visibility, positioning Corsair to capture a larger share of the premium gaming and creator markets.
