Crexendo Expands Distribution Network Through New Partnership with AppDirect

Crexendo, Inc. announced a partnership with AppDirect on February 25, 2026, that will allow AppDirect’s extensive advisor and reseller ecosystem to source and deliver Crexendo’s cloud communications solutions, including voice, video, contact center, and managed IT services.

The collaboration leverages AppDirect’s marketplace, which serves more than 1,000 technology providers, 14,000 advisors, and 16 million subscribers. Through the partnership, AppDirect’s advisors will be able to quote, provision, and manage Crexendo’s NetSapiens platform, enabling Crexendo to reach new customers across the United States without building a direct sales force.

Strategically, the deal expands Crexendo’s national distribution footprint and accelerates go‑to‑market execution. By integrating its NetSapiens platform into AppDirect’s marketplace, Crexendo can increase channel sales velocity and reduce customer acquisition costs, positioning the company to capture additional market share from legacy platforms and competitors in the UCaaS space.

The partnership follows a series of recent strategic moves, including the launch of the Crexendo Marketplace on February 10, the release of the CAIRO AI receptionist on January 14, and a licensing agreement with Altigen Technologies on January 29. Crexendo’s Q4 2025 results are scheduled for release on March 3, 2026, providing further context for the company’s growth trajectory.
