Cyngn Inc. announced on March 10, 2026 that its DriveMod Tugger autonomous forklift platform has reached a record expansion across existing enterprise and Fortune 100 customers, with new units added and autonomous operations extended to additional routes, workflows, and facilities.

The company reported that customers who have already deployed DriveMod Tuggers are now adding more vehicles and expanding autonomy into new areas of their operations. The announcement highlighted a deployment at a WEG electric‑motor facility earlier in March and noted that the company’s autonomous operating time more than doubled in the second half of 2025, rising 113% from the prior period. In 2025, Cyngn tripled the number of DriveMod Tuggers sold compared with 2024, and the company is on track to sell more in Q1 2026 than it did in all of 2025.

Financially, Cyngn’s revenue grew 348% over the last twelve months, driven by the rapid adoption of its autonomous platform. The company remains unprofitable and is burning cash, but it has secured a cash runway through 2027 and continues to invest in scaling its operations. The record customer expansion is expected to accelerate future revenue growth as the company expands its autonomous solutions across industrial facilities.

Cyngn has also strengthened its intellectual‑property portfolio, receiving its 24th U.S. patent for a system that enhances real‑time vehicle identification for autonomous driving. The company is collaborating with NVIDIA on simulation work using Isaac Sim, and it estimates a market opportunity of more than $268 billion for its autonomous material‑handling solutions.

Management emphasized the significance of the expansion. CFO Natalie Russell said, "We believe that fleet expansion is one of the clearest indicators that Cyngn's autonomous vehicle solutions are delivering operational value." VP of Sales Marty Petratis added, "Cyngn is on track to sell more in Q1 2026 than all of last year." CEO Lior Tal noted, "This patent represents another important layer in our defensive strategy, securing our rights to fundamental methodologies in vehicle adaptability."

The record expansion signals that existing customers are confident in the platform’s value and are willing to invest further. It also indicates that Cyngn’s autonomous technology is gaining traction in high‑volume industrial settings, which should translate into higher revenue and a stronger competitive position. While the company continues to burn cash, its growing customer base and expanding deployment footprint provide a foundation for future profitability and market share gains in the autonomous material‑handling space.
