DocuSign announced today a new integration that brings its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform directly into Slackbot, allowing teams to generate, review, and sign agreements within a single chat interface.
The integration lets users, for example, request a contract for a new deal, pull pricing data from Salesforce, apply approved terms, and produce a ready‑to‑send agreement in seconds—all inside a Slack conversation. Once signed, the agreement status updates automatically across connected systems.
This move expands DocuSign’s reach into the most widely used workplace collaboration tool, aiming to reduce friction in agreement creation and accelerate deal cycles for its 1.8 million customers worldwide.
