EPAM Systems, Inc. announced the launch of a production‑ready, AI‑powered ServiceNow development platform on May 5 2026, and the company will showcase the solution at the Knowledge 2026 conference in Las Vegas from May 5–7.

The new platform, built on Anthropic’s Claude Code, is designed to accelerate ServiceNow instance configuration, code management and feature delivery. EPAM claims the solution can improve development efficiency by up to 35 % and reduce support costs by roughly 50 % for clients.

"AI is reshaping what's possible in enterprise platform development, and our work with ServiceNow is the latest example of our leading AI‑native enablement to meet client needs and deliver sustainable business value," said Elaina Shekhter, SVP and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. "What our team has built and validated in production is a demonstration of EPAM's commitment to drive innovation at the pace the market demands. Knowledge 2026 is an important moment for the industry, and we are proud to arrive with results." Aliaksei Simonchyk, Director of Software Engineering, added that the company’s client‑zero approach will allow EPAM to demonstrate the real‑time impact of these AI‑powered solutions at the conference.

EPAM’s launch aligns with its broader AI‑native strategy, which aims to generate more than $600 million in AI‑segment revenue in 2026, up from $105 million in Q4 2025. The partnership with ServiceNow, which has integrated Claude as a preferred model across its AI platform, positions EPAM to capture a growing market for AI‑native enterprise solutions and to compete with ServiceNow’s own internal AI development tools.

The announcement signals EPAM’s continued investment in AI‑native engineering and digital transformation services. By delivering a production‑ready platform that promises significant efficiency gains, EPAM is reinforcing its position as a leader in AI‑enabled enterprise platform development and setting the stage for future revenue growth in the AI services segment.
