Flywire Corporation and security‑awareness training platform KnowBe4 announced a three‑year partnership that will deploy Flywire’s invoice‑to‑cash software and proprietary global payment network to KnowBe4’s more than 70,000 customers worldwide. The deal, which began on April 22, 2026, will enable automated end‑to‑end payment workflows across more than 240 countries and 140 currencies, giving KnowBe4’s clients a seamless, localized payment experience.

Under the agreement, Flywire will provide its payment platform to every KnowBe4 customer, creating a single, integrated system that eliminates manual reconciliation. Flywire’s executive vice‑president of B2B, Ryan Frere, said the partnership would reduce manual reconciliation by about 95%, lower days sales outstanding, and improve cash‑flow reliability for KnowBe4’s clients. “KnowBe4 represents exactly the kind of high‑growth, global technology leader that Flywire was built to serve. By combining our invoice‑to‑cash software with our proprietary global payments network, we’re giving KnowBe4 the infrastructure to get paid faster, reduce operational drag and deliver a better experience to their customers worldwide. This is what it looks like when payments stop being a bottleneck and start being a growth enabler,” Frere said.

Flywire’s recent financial performance underscores the strategic fit of the partnership. In Q4 2025, the company reported a 34.0% year‑over‑year revenue increase to $157.5 million and a 35.6% rise in total payment volume to $9.3 billion. The partnership extends Flywire’s reach into a high‑growth, global technology firm and aligns with its strategy to expand its B2B vertical and serve large, fast‑growing enterprises.

KnowBe4’s own growth trajectory has created a need for scalable international finance operations. The company’s customer base has expanded from over 25,000 organizations in 2019 to more than 70,000 in 2026, and it has committed millions in annual payment volume to Flywire. “By integrating with Flywire, we are not only providing our international customers with a more seamless and localized payment experience, we are also driving significant value by automating complex back‑office workflows,” said Vlad Kaplunsky, VP of Tax & Treasury at KnowBe4. CFO Yuneeb Khan added, “The Flywire partnership is a critical milestone in strengthening our international finance operations as we expand our global footprint. I am thankful to Flywire and to our finance team for working diligently to bring this capability to life. Looking forward to the journey ahead.”

The partnership comes at a time when the accounts‑receivable automation market is expanding rapidly. Valuations for the market were estimated at $3.0 billion in 2025 and are projected to reach $6.9 billion by 2034, with a CAGR of 9.3%. The deal also positions Flywire to capture a share of the growing security‑awareness training market, which is expected to exceed $10 billion annually by 2027. By combining Flywire’s payment infrastructure with KnowBe4’s global customer base, the two companies are creating a scalable, end‑to‑end solution that can drive efficiency and cash‑flow reliability for a high‑growth, technology‑centric client base.

The Flywire‑KnowBe4 partnership signals a strategic shift for both firms. For Flywire, it expands its B2B footprint into a fast‑growing, global technology sector, while for KnowBe4 it provides the financial backbone needed to support its expanding international operations. The collaboration is expected to accelerate payment processing, reduce operational drag, and enable both companies to focus on their core growth initiatives.
