Expanse Studios Expands B2B Reach with Distribution Deal in Montenegro

February 10, 2026

Expanse Studios, a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group Inc. (GMGI), announced a new distribution partnership with Lobbet, a licensed sports‑betting and iGaming operator in Montenegro. The agreement will see Lobbet integrate Expanse’s proprietary casino and game titles into its online offering through DualSoft, a leading aggregation platform that serves more than ten regulated operators across Europe.

The deal marks the first time Expanse Studios has entered the Montenegrin market, a jurisdiction that Lobbet entered in October 2025 after Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG) acquired a majority stake in Lob’s parent company. By partnering with DualSoft, Expanse will deploy its 56+ proprietary titles to Lobbet’s platform and, through DualSoft’s network, potentially to other operators in the region. The arrangement positions Expanse to tap a new customer base while leveraging DualSoft’s technical integration capabilities to accelerate rollout.

For GMGI, the partnership is a strategic step in scaling its Atlas‑powered B2B content library into new jurisdictions. The company has been expanding its B2B SaaS and content offerings beyond its existing 15+ licensed markets, and the Montenegro entry adds a regulated European market that can serve as a springboard for further expansion. The deal also strengthens GMGI’s distribution moat by adding a new channel that can reach multiple operators through DualSoft’s platform, creating additional revenue streams for the B2B segment.

The Montenegro entry is part of a broader trend of FEG’s expansion into Southeast Europe. FEG’s acquisition of Lob in October 2025 was aimed at boosting its digital footprint and investing in technology to enhance its offerings. By aligning with FEG’s strategy, Expanse Studios gains access to a growing iGaming market that is increasingly regulated and offers a favorable regulatory environment for new entrants.

Damjan Stamenkovic, CEO of Expanse Studios, said the partnership would accelerate market penetration and provide a platform for future collaborations with other operators in the region. The deal is expected to generate incremental revenue for GMGI’s B2B segment and position the company to capture a larger share of the European iGaming market as it continues to roll out its proprietary content library.

The agreement underscores GMGI’s focus on expanding its B2B presence through strategic partnerships and technology platforms. By leveraging DualSoft’s aggregation capabilities and FEG’s regional footprint, Expanse Studios is poised to broaden its reach and create new revenue opportunities in a regulated market that is open to innovative iGaming solutions.
