Genius Group has opened its inaugural Genius School at ProEd Global School in Bali, Indonesia, marking the company’s first physical campus and a key milestone in its hybrid education strategy.
The move follows a share purchase agreement completed on November 10 2025 that gave Genius Group a 51% stake in ProEd Global School and the adjacent Genius City development. The transaction was valued at $14 million, with Genius Group paying $7.1 million for the majority ownership of both projects.
The new campus serves students from primary through secondary grades and is positioned as a “Model Future School.” It integrates the company’s AI‑powered curriculum, AI avatars, personalized learning paths, and a “Future ABCs” framework—Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Community—aligned with the World Economic Forum’s eight future skills.
CEO Roger James Hamilton said the launch “reimagines education for a post‑singularity world,” adding that the school will “serve as a proving ground for our AI‑driven curriculum and demonstrate the profitability of the model from day one.” General Manager Angie Stead noted strong interest from parents and said the school “has already attracted new enrollments and is poised to grow the Future School model across the region.”
Financially, Genius Group reported $5.75 million in revenue for the last twelve months and $2.72 million for the first half of 2025, down from $4.88 million a year earlier. The company’s market capitalization is about $50 million. While the new campus does not immediately affect quarterly results, it signals a long‑term growth engine that could drive future revenue as the model is replicated in other markets.
Genius Group plans to expand the Genius School model throughout the Asia Pacific and beyond, positioning the Bali campus as a blueprint for its broader “Genius Cities” vision that blends education, co‑working, and community development.
