Garmin announced today that it is launching the G1000 NXi System Release 7, a comprehensive avionics upgrade for the entire Cessna piston lineup, including the Skyhawk, Skylane, Turbo Skylane and Turbo Stationair HD models.
The new system adds the Lycoming dual electronic ignition system (dual EIS) as standard on all new aircraft, enhancing reliability and safety for pilots while simplifying maintenance for operators.
