Gorilla Technology Group Inc. has announced a $2.8 billion expansion of its AI infrastructure partnership with Yotta Data Services Private Limited, adding 20,736 B300 GPU cards to the India deployment. The new tranche is slated for completion by September 30, 2026, extending the existing collaboration that previously deployed 640 high‑performance servers and more than 5,000 GPUs for AI workloads.
The expansion includes a significant NVIDIA engagement, with NVIDIA expected to supply roughly half of the GPU offtake under a four‑year commitment tied to one of Asia‑Pacific’s largest DGX Cloud clusters in India. This partnership underscores the technical depth of the deployment and the strategic alignment between the two companies in delivering high‑performance AI compute at scale.
India’s AI ambitions—projected to reach a $17 billion market by 2027—create a robust demand for sovereign and enterprise AI infrastructure. Yotta, a key player in India’s hyperscale data center ecosystem, is positioned to deliver the necessary compute capacity, while Gorilla’s expertise in AI hardware and software integration positions it as a leading partner in the region.
Gorilla’s recent financial performance provides context for the scale of this investment. The company reported a 109% year‑over‑year revenue increase to $18.3 million in Q1 2025 and a 35.7% rise to $101.4 million in Q4 2025, alongside a turnaround in profitability with adjusted EBITDA growth and narrowing net losses. These results demonstrate the company’s ability to fund and benefit from large‑scale infrastructure projects.
Management highlighted the significance of the deal. Chairman & CEO Jay Chandan said, "This is another major step forward for Gorilla in India and a very clear demonstration that our AI infrastructure strategy is translating into real scale, real deployments and real commercial value." Yotta’s CEO Sunil Gupta added, "We are delighted to expand this collaboration with Gorilla as we continue building AI infrastructure at true industrial scale in India," and noted that the partnership is accelerating Yotta’s development and meeting the rapidly growing demand for hyperscale AI compute while serving sovereign and enterprise customers.
The expansion represents a substantial recurring revenue stream for Gorilla and strengthens its presence in a high‑growth market. By leveraging NVIDIA’s technology and Yotta’s local infrastructure, Gorilla is positioned to capture a growing share of India’s AI compute demand, reinforcing its strategy to become a leading AI infrastructure partner across Asia.
