The tracker is powered by a new Driver Handheld™ application that transmits real‑time GPS data directly from the delivery truck. Pro customers will be able to see the exact location of their shipment, the route it is taking, and how many stops remain before the delivery reaches its final destination.
By giving Pro customers a transparent view of their order’s progress, the feature is expected to improve job‑site planning and reduce downtime caused by unpredictable delivery windows.
