Holley Inc. announced the launch of its Cataclean® Diesel Exhaust System & DPF Cleaner, a diesel‑specific emissions treatment that extends the Cataclean line into the truck and commercial vehicle market.
The cleaner targets key components of the diesel powertrain— the diesel particulate filter, catalytic converter, turbocharger, oxygen sensors, injectors and cylinder heads— and, according to controlled testing, can improve DPF performance by up to 25 % and reduce hydrocarbons by up to 50 %.
The product launch is part of Holley’s American Performance chemicals expansion strategy. It follows a January 2025 exclusive license agreement with Cataclean Global Limited that gives Holley the right to develop, manufacture, market, distribute and sell Cataclean branded products in North America. By entering the diesel aftermarket, Holley aims to tap a large recurring maintenance market and broaden its customer base beyond gasoline‑powered performance parts.
Holley’s Q4 2025 results, released on March 4, 2026, showed revenue of $155.44 million, a 10.9 % year‑over‑year increase, but an EPS of $0.04 that missed the consensus estimate of $0.0832. The earnings miss was attributed to higher-than‑expected costs, while the revenue beat reflected strong demand in core segments. The new diesel product line signals a diversification effort that could help stabilize earnings in the face of such volatility.
The diesel aftermarket is a sizable recurring maintenance opportunity, and the Cataclean Diesel Cleaner will be available nationwide from April 17 through Holley’s dealer network and online channels. The launch positions Holley to compete with established emissions‑treatment players and to strengthen its foothold in a growing market segment.
