Hesai Group announced on February 4 2026 that it has entered a strategic partnership with Grab, the region’s leading super‑app platform, to serve as the exclusive distributor of Hesai’s LiDAR sensors throughout Southeast Asia.
Under the agreement, Grab will lead sales, customer support, and marketing for Hesai’s automotive and robotics LiDAR solutions across eight countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. The partnership is designed to accelerate the deployment of Hesai’s high‑performance LiDAR in manufacturing, logistics, and autonomous mobility applications in the region.
The deal positions Hesai to tap a rapidly expanding market where demand for AI‑powered automation is projected to surge.
