ICF International announced a new contract with Georgia Power on April 15, 2026. The contract, awarded in the fourth quarter of 2025, will see ICF deploy its Sightline® analytics platform to deliver commercial and small‑business energy‑efficiency programs across Georgia Power’s customer base.

The deal builds on a 15‑year relationship that began in 2011 and underscores ICF’s strategic shift toward higher‑margin, fixed‑price and time‑and‑materials contracts in the commercial energy space. The contract adds a substantial, recurring revenue stream to a business segment that grew 23% in Q4 2025 and 24% for the full year, representing 57% of the company’s annual revenue.

"We’re excited to build on our 15‑year relationship with Georgia Power and continue to deliver the scale, innovation and expertise needed to create exceptional value for the utility as it provides affordable, reliable energy solutions for its customers," said Kyle Wiggins, ICF Senior Vice President for Energy, Environment and Infrastructure.

"We value our relationship with ICF and the expertise they bring to our energy‑efficiency offerings, which have been approved by the Georgia Public Service Commission and are available to our customers. Together, we’re helping businesses across Georgia lower operating costs, adopt more efficient technologies and contribute to a more reliable, sustainable energy future for the communities we serve," said Natasha Reynolds, Commercial Energy Efficiency Manager for Georgia Power.

The contract’s deployment of the Sightline platform will enable Georgia Power to target and measure energy‑efficiency incentives more precisely, improving program participation and system benefits. The partnership also positions ICF to capture additional opportunities in the growing demand‑side management market, where utilities are seeking technology solutions to support grid reliability and sustainability goals.

ICF’s Q4 2025 earnings report, released on February 26, 2026, showed revenue of $443.7 million, beating analyst estimates of $439.5 million by 1%. Adjusted EPS of $1.47 fell short of the $1.49 consensus by 1.5%, reflecting the company’s focus on expanding its non‑federal portfolio while managing cost pressures. The Georgia Power contract is a key component of the company’s strategy to strengthen its commercial energy business and reduce dependence on federal contracts.
