ICF International announced a multi‑million dollar contract amendment with Southern California Edison that expands its role in the AgEE Program, more than tripling its involvement in the region’s agricultural sector.
Under the amendment, ICF will provide energy‑efficiency support to SCE’s agricultural customers—including farms, dairies, greenhouses, and horticulture facilities—by processing rebates, identifying high‑energy‑usage sources, and engaging customers and stakeholders through its Sightline analytics platform.
The expansion reflects ICF’s strategy to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that combine policy design, implementation, and data analytics, and it builds on the company’s long‑standing partnership with SCE, which began with a $45 million agreement in 2021.
ICF senior vice president for energy, environment and infrastructure, Kyle Wiggins, noted that the AgEE Program helps agricultural customers navigate regulatory changes, labor shortages, and rising operational costs, and that the expanded contract will deepen the program’s reach and impact.
The contract win is part of a broader trend of significant contracts for ICF, which has secured multi‑hundred‑million dollar agreements in Europe and the United States in recent quarters, positioning the company for continued growth in commercial energy services.
