Ituran Location and Control Ltd. and Griiip have entered into a partnership that will make Ituran’s IturanMob smart‑mobility platform the official Internet‑of‑Things technology provider for Griiip’s motorsport data‑analysis services. The deal will enable the real‑time collection, processing and transmission of vehicle performance data from motorsport vehicles, with insights delivered directly to Griiip’s AI‑powered cloud platform.

The partnership leverages Ituran’s onboard telemetry hardware to feed data into Griiip’s analytics engine. Drivers will be able to monitor acceleration, braking, cornering and other key metrics in real time on mobile devices, while Griiip’s platform will transform raw telemetry into actionable insights. The goal is to connect thousands of motorsport vehicles by the end of 2026, giving both professional and amateur drivers access to professional‑level analysis tools.

Strategically, the collaboration expands Ituran’s product portfolio beyond its core stolen‑vehicle recovery and fleet‑management services into a new revenue stream. Ituran’s Q3 2025 results showed revenue of $92.3 million and a subscriber base of 2,588,000, and the company is scheduled to release its Q4 and full‑year 2025 results on March 5. The partnership positions Ituran to tap into the high‑growth motorsport telemetry market, potentially accelerating subscriber growth and enhancing its competitive moat.

Eyal Sheratzky, CEO of Ituran, stated: "Ituran's technology raises the bar for global motorsport. With our onboard telemetry, we can process critical information instantly and with high precision, and deliver it to the Griiip AI platform for analysis. All drivers, whether professional or enthusiasts, will now be able to use professional‑level analysis tools." Tamir Plachinsky, founder and CEO of Griiip, commented: "This partnership is a perfect synergy. IturanMob's technology allows us to reach every track driver and deliver the data insights they need to improve their driving experience and unlock their full potential. Simply install the IturanMob device, register on the GriiipPerformance platform, drive, and every insight you need is delivered directly to you. This level of accessibility represents a new standard in motorsport."

The partnership comes at a time when Ituran is preparing to report its Q4 results, and the company’s core business remains strong. The move into motorsport telemetry is a significant diversification that could open new revenue streams and broaden its customer base, though specific financial projections for the partnership are not yet disclosed. Investors will likely monitor how the partnership integrates with Ituran’s existing hardware and subscription model as the company moves toward its end‑of‑year targets.
