Ituran announced that it will deliver the full connectivity solution for Stellantis’ Fiat Connect program across South America. The three‑year agreement, with an option to extend for two additional years, builds on a partnership that began in May 2025 and positions Ituran as the sole provider of end‑to‑end hardware, services, backend operations and user application for Fiat Strada customers in the region.

The deal adds a high‑volume OEM channel to Ituran’s existing subscriber base of more than 2.6 million, strengthening its recurring service mix and deepening its footprint in a key growth market. It supports the company’s strategy to expand beyond Israel and Brazil into broader South American and global opportunities.

Co‑CEO Eyal Sheratzky said, "We are very proud to further expand our strategic partnership with Stellantis through the launch of Connect Fiat. This project reflects Ituran's ability to deliver fully integrated, end‑to‑end connectivity solutions, combining hardware, services, backend operations, and the end‑user application into a single, unified platform." Stellantis VP Gisele Tonello added, "This launch represents a further strategic milestone in the partnership between Ituran and Stellantis in South America, which began in May 2025, and reinforces Ituran's collaborative model with its OEM customers built on technology excellence, operational reliability, and a strong focus on customer experience."

The three‑year term, with a two‑year extension option, provides long‑term revenue certainty and aligns with Ituran’s focus on scalable, secure connectivity. The partnership will enable real‑time vehicle monitoring, security, and fleet management for Fiat Strada customers, reinforcing Ituran’s leadership in the Latin American telematics market.

Ituran will report its Q4 and full‑year 2025 results on March 5, 2026, where investors will assess the financial impact of this and other business developments.
