KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions division announced a $449 million extension to its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP V) contract, comprising two task order modifications. The first modification, valued at $304 million, will support U.S. European Command’s logistics and infrastructure needs from March 30 2026 to March 29 2027. The second, worth $145 million, will provide maintenance, supply, and logistics support at the Army’s National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California, for the period March 12 2026 to March 11 2027.

The award expands MTS’s footprint in both European and North American theaters, reinforcing its position as a key logistics partner for U.S. Army operations. The combined value represents a significant, multi‑year revenue stream that was not previously disclosed in KBR’s earnings releases and will contribute to the company’s FY2026 revenue guidance of $7.9 billion to $8.36 billion, supporting the 4% year‑over‑year growth target.

KBR has been a long‑time participant in the LOGCAP program, which has a maximum ceiling of $82 billion over a ten‑year ordering period. The new task orders add to the company’s strategic focus on Mission Technology Solutions, a segment that is slated for a spin‑off in the second half of 2026. The extension therefore enhances the value and market positioning of the MTS business ahead of its separation.

Doug Hill, President of Readiness & Sustainment, said, “KBR’s continued execution under LOGCAP V reflects our ability to deliver reliable, mission‑critical logistics at scale.” The comment underscores the company’s operational reliability and its capacity to secure long‑term government contracts.

The LOGCAP V extension aligns with KBR’s broader strategy to strengthen its government and defense portfolio, providing a stable revenue base and reinforcing investor confidence in the company’s ability to win and execute large, long‑term contracts.
