Lionsgate Studios Corp. is reorganizing its Worldwide Television Distribution Group to better align with a global, content‑first strategy. The restructuring merges the transactional business with the global licensing group and creates a new self‑distribution vertical focused on FAST channels and platforms such as YouTube.

The new structure will be led by Chase Brisbin, EVP of Lionsgate Global Channels; Adam Frank, EVP of Global Partner Management, Sales and Distribution; and Brad Haugen, EVP of Digital Strategy & Growth. A global content strategy and planning team headed by Jen Caprow is also introduced, while Kate Nexon and Agapy Kapouranis will continue to oversee domestic and international sales, respectively.

The reorganization will result in fewer than ten employees being let go in the U.S., Canada and the U.K., but overall headcount is expected to remain flat due to new hires. The move aims to streamline communication, clarify accountabilities and support the company’s growth trajectory in a rapidly shifting distribution landscape.
