LiqTech International, Inc. (LIQT) announced that it has secured its first U.S. commercial pool order, comprising three QlariFlow™ ceramic membrane filtration systems for the Weston County School District #1 Aquatic Center in Newcastle, Wyoming. The order was obtained through LiqTech’s U.S. partner, Treatment Specialties – Powered by North American Filtration, and marks the company’s inaugural commercial deployment of its QlariFlow™ platform in the United States.

The three QlariFlow™ units will replace conventional media‑based filtration at the aquatic center, providing precise filtration, stable water quality, and reduced chemical consumption in a regulated public‑pool environment. The deployment demonstrates the viability of LiqTech’s silicon‑carbide ceramic membrane technology in a U.S. public‑pool setting and establishes a reference installation that can accelerate future U.S. deployments through the Treatment Specialties channel.

LiqTech’s FY 2025 revenue rose to $16.5 million, a 13% increase from FY 2024, while the company reported a net loss of $8.6 million. Management guided for FY 2026 revenue between $23 million and $27 million, reflecting confidence in continued growth of the commercial pool segment and the broader Water business. The new order contributes to that growth trajectory and underscores the company’s strategy to diversify beyond its legacy diesel particulate filter business.

Phillip Myllerup Aslerin, Business Development Director, Pool Systems, said, “We are pleased to secure our first commercial pool order in the United States in collaboration with Treatment Specialties. This installation establishes an important reference for QlariFlow™ in the U.S. market and reflects the focused work of our commercial team to build partnerships and convert pipeline into orders.” Fei Chen, CEO, added, “2025 was a breakthrough year for our commercial pool business. Reaching a record number of system sales reflects not only growing customer acceptance but also increasing confidence among operators and partners in our technology.”

The order is a key milestone for LiqTech’s Water segment, validating the QlariFlow™ platform in a regulated U.S. market and positioning the company for accelerated growth in the commercial pool space. The partnership with Treatment Specialties provides a regional sales and service channel that can support future U.S. deployments of LiqTech’s silicon‑carbide filtration technology.
