LiqTech Secures Largest Commercial Pool Project in Den Helder Through Partnership with Lotec

LiqTech International announced a partnership with Lotec, a specialist in commercial pool engineering, and secured its largest commercial pool project to date in Den Helder, Netherlands. The project will deploy multiple QlariFlow™ systems, resulting in the delivery of the highest volume of silicon carbide (SiC) membranes ever installed by the company in a single commercial facility.

The partnership expands LiqTech’s presence in Northern Europe and establishes a framework for future joint projects in municipal and large commercial pool developments. The Den Helder project is the company’s biggest by sales order value and SiC membrane volume, underscoring the scalability of its modular QlariFlow™ platform in large public facilities.

LiqTech’s FY2025 revenue reached $16.5 million, a 13% increase from FY2024, while the net loss narrowed to $8.6 million from $10.3 million. Analysts project 39% revenue growth for FY2026, and the Den Helder project is expected to contribute significantly to that target by adding recurring revenue from a high‑margin, standardized system.

CEO Fei Chen highlighted the company’s momentum in the commercial pool segment, noting in January 2026 that 2025 was a breakthrough year driven by strong demand and growing confidence among operators and partners. The Den Helder project reinforces that trend and demonstrates the company’s ability to win large, complex contracts.
