LiqTech International, Inc. announced a record order for ten QlariFlow ceramic membrane filtration systems for the Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Fraser Rise, Victoria. The order, executed in partnership with Waterco Limited, is the largest commercial pool project the company has ever undertaken, surpassing a previous Northern‑Europe project in scale.

The company’s 2025 sales record of 34 commercial pool systems refers to units sold, not delivered. The new order is the largest single‑project delivery to date, underscoring LiqTech’s growing footprint in the commercial pool segment as it shifts focus away from the volatile oil‑and‑gas market.

QlariFlow systems use LiqTech’s proprietary silicon‑carbide (SiC) ceramic membranes, delivering precise filtration, stable water quality, and lower water and energy consumption. The Plumpton facility is designed as an all‑electric, 5 Star Green Star‑certified complex, and the QlariFlow platform is expected to support those sustainability goals.

Strategically, the order reinforces LiqTech’s momentum in the commercial pool market. FY 2025 revenue rose 13% to $16.5 million, and the company is targeting a positive FY 2026 adjusted EBITDA. Waterco’s exclusive distribution agreement for Australia and the Asia‑Pacific region strengthens LiqTech’s regional reach and provides a reliable channel for future projects.

"We are proud to announce the largest order in LiqTech's Commercial Pool business to date and pleased to work alongside Waterco Limited and the other partners involved in this important project," said Phillip Myllerup Aslerin, Business Development Director, Pool Systems at LiqTech. "This installation demonstrates how QlariFlow™ can help modern aquatic facilities operate efficiently while supporting sustainability goals, including reduced water consumption and energy use. We view this project as an important reference for further growth in Australia and other international pool markets."

Construction of the Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre is slated to begin in late 2025, with an expected opening in early 2028. The new QlariFlow installation will serve as a reference model for future commercial pool projects in Australia and beyond, potentially accelerating LiqTech’s expansion into other international markets.
