LivePerson announced the launch of its LivePerson Sync platform on March 12 2026, and it released its Q4 2025 earnings after market close on the same day. The new platform partners with Coral Active to deliver event‑driven orchestration that synchronizes LivePerson’s Conversational Cloud with major CRM and contact‑center‑as‑a‑service systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow, giving agents a single pane of glass that pulls customer data and triggers workflows in real time.

LivePerson Sync builds on the company’s long‑standing focus on integration. Coral Active, founded in 2011, specializes in simplifying agent workspaces through seamless connections to contact centers, CRMs and legacy applications. The partnership extends LivePerson’s existing CRM Connector, which was made generally available in August 2022 and already linked the Conversational Cloud to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow. By adding event‑driven orchestration, LivePerson Sync removes the friction that brands experience when agents toggle between disparate systems, aiming to reduce handle times and boost agent productivity.

The launch follows a series of recent product introductions that reinforce LivePerson’s AI‑driven contact‑center strategy. Syntrix, an AI agent evaluation and live‑agent training platform, went live on March 3 2026, while the Conversation Simulator, a testing and governance environment for conversational AI, debuted in November 2025. In addition, LivePerson was named a Leader in the Aragon Research Globe for Agent Platforms 2026, underscoring its market position as it expands its integration capabilities to compete with rivals that are also enhancing their own integration stacks.

CEO John Sabino said, “LivePerson Sync is the answer brands have been looking for to improve agent productivity and experience by providing agents with the customer information they need in a single view. By further connecting our agent workspace with critical information from across systems, we’re removing the friction of disconnected systems.” The announcement signals LivePerson’s intent to add value to existing customers and attract new ones by tightening workflow automation, while the Q4 2025 earnings release provides the financial context for the company’s current performance and outlook.
