The distributor’s multi‑country infrastructure and established relationships position it to accelerate Lantronix’s market penetration and shorten sales cycles.
Lantronix’s chief revenue officer, Kurt Hoff, said the partnership “enhances Lantronix's ability to efficiently scale in Europe by leveraging a well‑established regional distributor with deep technical and customer expertise.” He added that “as demand for secure, reliable AI and IoT solutions continues to grow, this agreement positions us to expand our customer base, shorten sales cycles and support sustained international growth.”
Lantronix is actively shifting from a component supplier to an Edge AI platform partner, with a particular focus on drones and industrial IoT. In the fiscal second quarter of 2026, the company reported revenue of $29.8 million and a non‑GAAP EPS of $0.04, beating analyst estimates of $0.03. For the third quarter, Lantronix guided for revenue of $28.5 million to $32.5 million and EPS of $0.03 to $0.06, while raising its FY26 drone revenue outlook to $8 million–$12 million. The new distribution partnership aligns with this strategy by expanding Lantronix’s reach in high‑growth European markets and supporting the company’s broader Edge AI ambitions.
