EstrellaTV, the Spanish‑language network owned by MediaCo Holding Inc., has signed a broadcast partnership with the Team Boxing League (TBL). Under the agreement, every TBL bout will air in Spanish on EstrellaTV’s linear television network, its mobile app, and eight free‑ad‑supported (FAST) streaming channels, reaching an estimated 50 million households and devices that already tune into the network’s sports, news and entertainment programming.
The partnership marks the first time TBL fights will be broadcast in Spanish, giving the league a dedicated Spanish‑speaking audience and expanding its national reach. For EstrellaTV, the deal adds a new, high‑profile sports content stream that complements its existing soccer and other sports programming and positions the network as a key platform for live sports in the Hispanic market.
From a strategic perspective, the deal aligns with MediaCo’s focus on growing its audio and video segments and deepening engagement with its multicultural audience. MediaCo’s third‑quarter 2025 results showed net revenue of $94.7 million, up 51 % YoY, but a net loss of $33.9 million versus a $2.9 million profit the prior year. The new TBL partnership is expected to drive advertising revenue and could help improve profitability by tapping a high‑growth demographic that is underserved by existing sports offerings.
