MGM Resorts International and Cisco announced a 5.5-year Whole Portfolio Agreement (WPA), providing MGM Resorts with access to the majority of Cisco's software portfolio. This includes cybersecurity, software-defined networking, software-defined WAN, digital experience assurance, and full-stack observability.

The agreement aims to automate MGM Resorts' network, paving the way for future location services and next-generation machine learning applications in the gaming and hospitality industry. This is expected to unlock new channels of guest engagement and improve operational efficiency.
