Magnite and AMC Global Media have entered a partnership that delivers a single, unified access point for buyers to purchase AMC’s linear, FAST, and AMC+ streaming inventory. The deal leverages Magnite’s ClearLine activation and curation platform, allowing advertisers to package and activate content across multiple channels without managing separate workflows.
The collaboration also incorporates Magnite’s Live Scheduler, a standardized framework that optimizes live linear addressable inventory. By using Live Scheduler, the two companies aim to reduce fragmentation in live streaming and help buyers and media owners plan, execute, and track outcomes more effectively across live TV environments.
Magnite’s recent financial performance underscores the strategic value of this partnership. In Q4 2025, the company reported revenue of $205.4 million, up 6% from Q4 2024, and a non‑GAAP EPS of $0.34, unchanged from the prior year. Contribution ex‑TAC attributable to CTV increased 20% year‑over‑year, reflecting strong demand in that segment. The partnership adds a high‑profile publisher to Magnite’s portfolio and aligns with its broader strategy of expanding programmatic access to linear and streaming inventory.
Catherine Dale, Vice President of Revenue at Magnite, noted: "AMC Global Media is among the first programming companies to offer its linear inventory programmatically, removing the need for buyers to manage separate workflows for linear and streaming while preserving the unique controls required for each environment. This comes in line with the market trend and buy side mandate to consolidate and simplify access across inventory sources."
The deal builds on AMC Networks’ early programmatic initiatives, which began in October 2023 with programmatic ad buying on three linear networks. Magnite’s ClearLine platform was evolved in October 2025, and its Live Scheduler was introduced in November 2025, positioning the company to deliver unified, measurable advertising solutions across both linear and streaming channels. The partnership strengthens Magnite’s competitive position in the evolving programmatic advertising market and signals a continued push toward integrated media buying experiences.
