Mobiquity Technologies Reports Q4 2025 Loss of $0.17 per Share and Revenue of $48,479

Mobiquity Technologies reported a diluted loss of $0.17 per share for its fourth‑quarter 2025 results, a 63% increase in losses compared with the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter was $48,479, down sharply from $989,253 reported for the fourth quarter of 2024.

The steep revenue decline reflects the loss of a large portion of the company’s political advertising business in 2024, which had been a significant contributor to its top line. In the absence of that revenue stream, Mobiquity has shifted focus to programmatic, AI‑enabled platforms such as ATOS, CMOne and MobiExchange, and to expanding casino and digital out‑of‑home deployments. These newer segments have yet to generate comparable sales volumes, leaving the company with a much smaller revenue base.

The widening loss is driven by continued cash burn and operating expenses that have not been offset by the reduced revenue. With an accumulated deficit of $236.1 million as of December 31 2025, the company’s liquidity position remains weak. Management has repeatedly warned that the firm faces substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, a stance that has been reinforced by a late filing of its 2025 Form 10‑K on March 31 2026 and by its delisting from Nasdaq in December 2023.

Mobiquity’s status as a penny stock on the OTC Markets and the absence of analyst coverage further underscore the limited visibility and support for the company’s operations. The earnings report highlights the ongoing financial distress and the need for additional financing or a strategic turnaround to avoid further deterioration of its financial position.

The results reinforce the narrative that Mobiquity is in a precarious position, with a shrinking revenue base, escalating losses, and significant liquidity concerns. The company’s future depends on its ability to secure new capital or to successfully pivot its business model toward more profitable segments.
