Marpai Secures Access to 1.5 Million Covered Lives Through New Marketing Agreement

Marpai announced a marketing agreement that gives the company access to a national distribution channel representing up to 1.5 million covered employees, expanding the reach of its pharmacy‑benefit‑management platform, MarpaiRx.

The deal builds on recent wins, including the addition of 19,000 covered lives in February 2026 and the appointment of Mimi Davis as President of MarpaiRx. Marpai has also secured and renewed access to major provider networks such as Aetna and Cigna, underscoring its ability to partner with large insurers.

CEO Damien Lamendola said the agreement "represents a major milestone for Marpai and a significant expansion of our potential growth runway. Gaining access to a network that could potentially reach up to 1.5 million employees dramatically expands our addressable market." He added that the focus is on "executing against this opportunity and converting this significant market access into long‑term recurring revenue and shareholder value."

The partnership positions Marpai to accelerate growth in the fragmented $150 billion third‑party administrator market, potentially creating a significant new revenue stream and moving the company toward profitability in early 2026.

The marketing agreement does not involve a direct contract with employers; instead, it provides Marpai with a channel to promote its PBM solution, MarpaiRx, to a broader pool of potential clients, thereby scaling the platform and strengthening its competitive position.
