Nano‑X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Nanox Impact Inc., has entered into a distribution agreement with Integrity Medical Service Inc., a Colorado‑based provider of imaging solutions for hospitals, orthopedic practices, imaging centers and outpatient providers. Under the agreement, Integrity will lead sales, implementation and service support for Nano‑X’s ARC system across Colorado, Wyoming and the western parts of Kansas and Nebraska, with deployment targets of four ARC systems in the first year and twelve in the second year.
The partnership reflects Nano‑X’s strategy of leveraging regional distributors to accelerate adoption and ensure long‑term system uptime. “We are pleased to welcome Integrity Medical Service to our growing network of U.S. distribution partners. Integrity Medical Service's established presence in Colorado and service focused model aligns well with our regional strategy and support reliable implementation and long‑term utilization of the Nanox.ARC system,” said Erez Meltzer, CEO and Acting Chairman of Nano‑X.
Nano‑X has been operating at a loss, reporting a net loss of $13.7 million in Q3 2025 and total‑time‑frame earnings of $12.3 million as of March 2026, after a significant loss in 2024. The distribution deal is a key step toward expanding revenue streams and moving beyond pilot installations. It follows a similar agreement with Elite Surgical Technologies for other midwestern states, underscoring the company’s focus on building a U.S. distribution network.
The ARC system is a multisource digital tomosynthesis platform that uses proprietary X‑ray source technology to deliver 3‑D imaging in a wide range of clinical environments, from outpatient imaging centers to orthopedic practices. “We see strong demand for imaging solutions that support orthopedic and outpatient workflows while maintaining high service standards. The Nanox.ARC multisource digital tomosynthesis system leverages Nanox's proprietary X ray source technology to enable 3D imaging in a wide range of clinical environments,” said Paul Proffit, President of Integrity Medical Service.
