ServiceNow announced a comprehensive overhaul of its global partner program, creating a reimagined Build Program that expands the partner ecosystem to more than 1,000 independent software vendors, developers, and technology partners. The new structure introduces five tiers—Registered, Select, Premier, Elite, and a new Access tier for entry‑level partners—designed to lower entry barriers and streamline the path from demand generation to deployment.

The company also rolled out a unified investment portfolio and a single annual membership fee for all global partners. By consolidating the fee structure, ServiceNow aims to provide consistent support across the partner lifecycle and simplify monetization of AI‑powered solutions in the ServiceNow Store, the platform’s marketplace for partner‑built AI agents.

The announcement comes as part of ServiceNow’s broader AI‑first strategy, which has already seen the company partner with OpenAI to integrate advanced generative models. Management emphasized that the revamped program will accelerate the development of AI agents that automate enterprise workflows across customer relationship management, data governance, and employee experience segments, thereby expanding the company’s addressable market.

Michael Park, senior vice president of global partnerships and channels, said the initiative “builds a vibrant partner ecosystem for the AI‑native future.” He added that simplifying the build process and expanding co‑innovation efforts will make it easier for partners to create differentiated AI‑powered solutions. Matt Mills, president at SailPoint, highlighted the program’s ease of use, noting that it enables partners like SailPoint to build secure, integrated AI agents quickly.

With the global partner network now exceeding 2,700 partners, ServiceNow expects the new program to increase the volume and variety of AI agents available on the ServiceNow Store. The expanded ecosystem is projected to drive faster adoption of AI agents, boost partner‑built solution revenue, and reinforce ServiceNow’s competitive moat in the enterprise software market.
