Nova Minerals Limited has begun moving the majority of its heavy mining and processing equipment to the Estelle Project in Alaska, using a 150‑kilometre winter snow road that runs from Willow. The company reports that 95 % of the major equipment has already arrived at its freight staging yard, and 70 % of that equipment has departed for the project site, marking a key step toward the planned first antimony production in 2026/27 and first gold pour in 2027.

The snow road, built in early December, was engineered with pre‑packing, water‑flooding to thicken the ice, and brush clearing. Ice bridges more than 1.5 m thick support freight loads exceeding 100,000 lb (45,000 kg) while maintaining a hard snowpack base, enabling the transport of articulated haul trucks, excavators, dozers, crushers, ore sorters and other critical assets. The robust infrastructure demonstrates the company’s ability to overcome the logistical challenges of remote Alaskan operations.

General Manager and Geologist Hans Hoffman said, “Having just ridden out and back on the snow trail myself, I can confirm this was the fastest and smoothest I’ve ever seen it — a testament to the exceptional cold temperatures this winter and the outstanding work by our team and partners.” His comments underscore the operational efficiency and the favorable winter conditions that have accelerated the mobilization schedule.

Nova’s progress is underpinned by a US$43.4 million award from the U.S. Department of War that fully funds the antimony portion of the Estelle Project through 2027. The funding, combined with the company’s redomiciliation plans to the United States and its goal of 100 % ownership of the project, positions Nova to secure a domestic supply of antimony for defense and advanced manufacturing applications. Recent exploration successes, including high‑grade gold intercepts at the RPM deposit, further enhance the project’s value proposition.

The mobilization milestone signals that Nova is on track to meet its 2026/27 antimony production target and to accelerate development of the broader Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project. By demonstrating the ability to deliver heavy equipment under extreme conditions, Nova strengthens its competitive position in the critical‑minerals market and reinforces investor confidence in its execution capabilities.

The company’s operational achievements, coupled with strategic funding and exploration gains, suggest a positive trajectory for the Estelle Project and a solid foundation for future production milestones.
